Add option to disable restockrocket_production.tracked order metafield

Would like to request an option to disable the restockrocket_production.tracked order metafield.

When importing Shopify orders into ShipStation, all order metafields are combined into a single custom field. Because of this, the STOQ metafield is being added after our discount code as ,1, which causes the discount code to become invalid.

Having the ability to disable this metafield would help avoid conflicts with our order processing workflow.
