Add preorder quantity and fulfillment breakdown to Reports & CSV exports

I’d like STOQ to provide a clearer way to track preorder quantities and fulfillment progress without having to manually analyze Shopify data or multiple spreadsheets.

Currently, the preorder CSV does not include unit quantity per order, which makes it difficult to determine the actual number of units sold when customers purchase multiple quantities of the same product.

It would be helpful if the preorder CSV included fields such as:

• Quantity ordered per preorder line

• Total preorder units

• Current fulfillment status

• Units released from hold

• Units still on hold

• Units fulfilled

• Units cancelled

• Original order ID

• Split order ID, where applicable

I would also like a product-level report available under:

STOQ > Reports > Preorders > Product

The report could show a clear breakdown such as:

Product → Total preorder units/orders → Released → Still on hold → Fulfilled → Cancelled

Ideally, clicking any of these numbers would show the corresponding order IDs so I can quickly identify which orders are still on hold, released, fulfilled, or cancelled.

This would make preorder fulfillment tracking much easier and remove the need to manually combine STOQ exports with Shopify Analytics whenever we need to verify preorder quantities or fulfillment status.
