Automate Shipping Date Change Email Notification

Allow Pre-Order to have a set arrival date chosen by store owner and when this is amended due to shipping, factory delays, custom clearance etc, it can automatically generate an email to the clients effected of the new arraival date.

Allow store owner to set minimum days say 1-7 days to which it can skip notification (no need to allert clients if 1 or 2 day delay etc). This way it can be a 1 set process but simply changing the new arrival date and Stoq can alert all clients automatically.
