Automatically update product metafield based on preorder status

Currently, STOQ does not automatically update a product-level metafield based on whether a product is part of an active preorder offer.

We would like STOQ to automatically:

• Set a product metafield to preorder when the product is part of an active preorder offer.

• Change it to in_stock when the offer ends, is disabled, deleted, or the product is removed.

• Update the status when scheduled offers start or end, without marking products as preorder before the offer starts.

• Determine the product's status based on its first variant.

This would allow us to create Shopify automated collections for Pre-order and In Stock products without relying on Shopify Flow or manual updates.
