Consolidate back in stock email

If a customer has 30 products on their Back in stock list and all 30 come in, they will get spammed with 30 emails. It would be great to have a setting that consolidates the products that have come back into stock recently into one email. It could be set to check every X hours and then send just the one email. We’d also love it if the Vendor could be a filter in the consolidated email. So it would only send the email if all products from the same vender came back into stock.
