Delivery policy
Merchants want to send notifications based on the restocked quantity. For example, if they restock 200 units, they want to send 10 alerts per unit of stock and so the maximum alerts sent for the restock would be 2,000. The app would then send alerts in batches until the product is sold out or until all customers are notified.
