Klaviyo Event Integration for Alerts with SMS/Phone Number

Allow Stoq to send a custom event to Klaviyo whenever a customer subscribes to an alert (including phone number + product info). This would enable brands to trigger WhatsApp alerts via Klaviyo webhooks instead of SMS.
