Per-product customization — email templates, download page, and thank you page

Merchants need to customize Filemonk's customer-facing content on a per-product basis: - Different email templates for different product types - Unique download page design/content per product - Custom thank you page per product (e.g. for non-downloadable digital products like booking calendar links) Currently all products share the same templates and pages.
