Notification Email for Fulfillment side

When a shopify product is restocked with inventory → trigger a notification email from the app, with a list of order #s (oldest to newest) that are waiting to be fulfilled with that product. allow this notifcation email to go to another email source than main notifications (because it may be different)…. not sure if this possible, but would be awesome if so!
