Notify me if download email was not delivered

It would be awesome if I could get an email notification if the download email from an order was not delivered (for any reason). I do not know there is an issue with the order unless a customer reaches out directly about it or I manually look at each order. If I’m made aware, I can try to contact the customer, or resend the email to avoid potential chargebacks or complaints.
