on inventory, have an "always show" option.

On the inventory screen, i can have a preorder message show when something is out-of-stock or when it’s in-stock. And I actually want the option to show all the time.

I’ll have a message that says something like: “you can order more than we have available in stock. If you do, we’ll hold your order and ship the entire amount on the next restock, which is usually about 7-10 days.”

we sell certain items in bulk. So actual stock doesn’t matter when someone wants a lot of something. if someone orders 10lbs, it doesn’t matter if we have 5lbs or 0lbs, so in-stock/out of stock doesn’t really matter in this instance.
