Only Apply Variant Conflict Resolution to Active Preorder Offers

Summary

Currently, when a variant is added to a preorder offer, STOQ's conflict-removal logic automatically removes that variant from every other preorder offer it belongs to, regardless of whether those offers are enabled or disabled.

Expected Behavior

The conflict-removal logic should only apply between active preorder offers.

If a preorder offer is disabled, it should be ignored during conflict checks, allowing us to continue using disabled offers as internal tracking lists without affecting the storefront experience.

Why This Helps

• Preserves our internal inventory/order tracking workflows.

• Prevents unintended removal of variants from disabled offers.

• Maintains the existing protection against conflicting active preorder offers.
