Option to Split Partial Payments for Multiple Preorder Items and Automatically Charge Customers Per Item When Each Product Ships

Add a feature that allows orders to be split so each preorder item can be charged separately when it is ready to ship. Instead of collecting the full remaining amount at once, the system would charge customers per item as it becomes available, similar to Amazon’s payment process. This would make managing mixed and multi preorder item orders much easier.
