Right now, when a customer clicks on the download link, the PDF file is automatically downloaded rather than opening in the browser. Many of my customers are not very tech-savvy, and they struggle to find the file after downloading—especially on iPhones, where the downloaded file is stored in the Safari Downloads folder instead of opening immediately.

To improve the user experience and reduce support requests, I’d love to have an "Open in Browser" option for PDF files. Ideally, when a customer clicks the download link, the file would open in their browser first, with the option to download if they choose.
