Preserve original order notes when using “Create separate orders”

When the experimental Create separate orders feature is used, STOQ currently overwrites the original customer order notes with the automated STOQ message on the newly created split order.

It would be helpful to have an option to either preserve the original order notes or append them alongside the STOQ-generated note, so important customer delivery instructions are not lost during the split-order process.
