Prevent 'inventory not tracked' Products from syncing in the preorder offer.

When the product's inventory is not tracked in Shopify, the product is available for orders and should not be added to Specific Out of Stock, Collection, or All Products Preorder Offers.

Currently, the All products and collections option only syncs products when they have 0 inventory and continue selling is enabled. It should check the Inventory track toggle, too.
