Reregister Option

We have a bookstore. When a book comes in stock, we would like the option to keep people on the list. For example, if 5 people want a book and it it arrives at the store(1 copy)the other 4 people still want the book. The way the app is set up now, only 1 person wins and the other 4 would have to sign up again for the item.
