Rewrite the application in case the customer want to change the number of the requested product

If I add the number of the products I want to subscribe for, I would need customers to be able to subscribe again and replace the number they placed before. So basicaly I need one email to be able to subscribe for notify me when available again and replace the notification aply with a new number. Screenshots bellow for better understanding.
