Selected Orders get deselected after a bulk action is done

In the Preorders page on Stoq, when we select orders using the checkbox, and click on “Collect Payments”, the orders then get deselected.

This is a pain point for merchants, because now they will have to select the exact same orders again, to try and release fullfillment.

As an alternative:

1. Keep the selected orders as selected after a bulk action, until the merchant clicks a done button

   OR

2. Add a “collect payment and release fulfilment” button, so both actions get triggered, so they won’t need to select again and do another bulk update
