Separate email and SMS consent on the back in stock form

Hey team - could you look at adding separate email and SMS consent to the back in stock form? Right now one checkbox covers both, so we cant auto-subscribe email (with a notice under the form) without also pre-ticking SMS, which needs explicit opt-in. Ideal setup for us:

• Email: subscribe on signup, with a consent line, no checkbox

• SMS: separate unticked checkbox, only shown once a phone number is entered

• Option to turn email auto-subscribe off by country (we need France and Italy excluded)
