Use different order tags for mixed and full pre-orders

Have the option to assign different tags for orders containing only pre-order items (e.g., "Pre-Order") and mixed orders with both in-stock and pre-order items (e.g., "Partial Pre-Order"). This would help merchants easily differentiate between full pre-order and mixed orders.
