Show “Buy Now” and “Preorder & Save” Options While In Stock, Then Switch to Preorder When Sold Out

Allow customers to choose between buying the product immediately at the regular price with Buy now button or placing a preorder at a discounted price while inventory is available. Once the inventory reaches zero, automatically hide the Buy Now option and show only the Preorder option.
