Content library UX improvements — sorting, reordering, and navigation

Small but impactful UX improvements to the content library: - Sort files by upload date (newest first) instead of alphabetical only - Move the Export CSV button to the top of the page for easier access - Ability to reorder files linked to a product (currently no control over file order)
