Send back in stock alerts when "Continue selling when out of stock" is enabled

I understood that when the inventory level is updated (greater than 0) for the product you would restock, then alerts will be sent. In my case, we are selling preorder items (no inventory) , if we can order from supplier, we tick the box "continue sell when out of stock" on product page.

So I hope your team can consider take "continue selling when out of stock" as "greater than 0", so that the notification can send automatically.
