Use Incoming Qty for Preorders

Shopify has a native PURCHASE ORDER functionality that many merchants use. When there is an active PO, Shopify automatically adds the quantity from the PO to the "incoming" section of the product/variant.

Would be great to be able to use this quantity for preorders.
